Nicolas GARAY LUKAS is originally from Chile and Germany, but has lived in France since 2007. He studied political science and international relations at the University of Lyon 3. At CPE Lyon, he is a project manager for the international relations department, specialized on incoming exchange programs. He is also working on the planning of the IPL International Summer School.
